Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

Damaged Product

Harlow & Star is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. The e-mail must include: photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about the order.

Wrong Product

First, we want to offer our sincerest apologies if the product you ordered was not the product that you received. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at admin@harlowandstar.com within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Returned packages

If your package is returned due to the shipping address being incorrectly submitted at the time of order, we will gladly reship the order to you.

However, please be aware that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the reshipment.
